Gynecomastia

Gynecomastia can be defined as female type breast enlargement in men. In true gynaecomastia, a growth occurs due to an increase in the glandular tissue of the breast, while in false (psoudo gynaecomastia) gynaecomastia, there is no increase in glandular tissue, only a growth due to an increase in fat in the breast area.

Pre-Treatment

In the first step, the patient is picked up from the airport with our VIP transfer vehicle and placed in the hotel. In the second step, the patient is examined by the relevant doctor. The patient is informed about the surgery by the doctor here. In the third step, necessary blood tests are performed. The patient is asked to sign the consent form for the surgery. The patient who has gone through all these stages is now ready for the surgery.

After resting in the hotel for a few days, the patient is returned to their country with the return transfer to the airport after the final doctor check-up.

What are the causes of Gynecomastia?

    Adrenal gland diseases, hypothyroidism, hyperthyroidism, liver diseases, pituitary gland diseases, some testicular cancers. 
    Some medicines: AIDS drugs, some chemotherapy drugs, opioids, anabolisants, anxiety drugs, antidepressants, proton pump inhibitors (used as stomach protectors), this list can be longer.
    Excessive alcohol intake, obesity, soya-containing foods.
     

What are the causes of Gynecomastia?

    Firstly, if there is a hormonal disorder detected, it should be treated by giving the necessary medical treatment. If no results are obtained with medical treatment, it is treated surgically by removing the enlarged breast tissue. Liposuction is performed on the breast in breast enlargement due to adiposity, which we call false gynaecomastia.
